Pie Tee (bunyinya paiti) ialah kuih pastri tat cangkerang nipis dan rangup diisi dengan campuran pedas manis sayur-sayuran dihiris nipis dan udang. Ia hidangan Peranakan yang popular. Cangkerangnya diperbuat daripada tepung dan walaupun beberapa kedai akan membuatnya dari awal, biasanya mereka boleh didapati siap di kebanyakan pasar raya. Sama seperti popia, inti utamanya ialah lobak Cina dan lobak merah cincang, dan biasanya kedua-dua hidangan ini dijual oleh gerai yang sama di pusat penjaja.[1]
