Voromonas

Colpodellida grupa nedavno kreiranog kladusa protista, natkoljena Alveolata.[1] Kolpodelide su grabežljivci ili ektoparaziti drugih protista, a odlikuje ih apikalni kompleks sličan onom kod Apicomplexa. Od velikog interesa su i za filogenetske studije i za medicinu jer su bazna skupina apikompleksa, organizama koji izazivaju ozbiljne bolesti poput malarije.[2]

Ranije su uključivani u rod Spiromonas i u porodicu Spiromonadidae koji su proglašeni nevaljanim.[3]
