Annulatascaceae je porodica gljiva u razredu Sordariomycetes, Ascomycota.[1] The family has not been assigned to any order (incertae sedis).[2] Vrste u ovoj porodici su saprobne, koje često rastu na truhlom drvetu u slatkovodnim staništima. Imaju široko rasprostranjenjenje, a mnoge su pronađene u tropskim područjima.[3]
