Sisteina (Cys atau C;[2] /ˈsɪstɪiːn/)[3] ialah sejenis asid amino separa perlu[4] pembentuk protein dengan formula kimia HOOC−CH(−NH2)−CH2−SH. Asid amino ini berantai sisi tiol, menjadikannya satu daripada dua asid amino lazim dengan atom sulfur, bersama dengan metionina. Sisteina lazim digunakan dalam tindakan enzim sebagai nukleofil. Tiol mudah terdedah kepada pengoksidaan hingga membentuk terbitan disulfida, sistina yang memainkan peranan penting dalam struktur dalam banyak protein.
