ChEMBL atau ChEMBLdb ialah sebuah pangkalan data kimia berkenaan molekul bioaktif dengan sifat berpotensi perubatan yang disusun secara manual.[1] Pangkalan ini dikendalikan oleh Institut Bioinformatik Eropah (EBI) milik Makmal Biologi Molekul Eropah (EMBL), yang berpusat di Wellcome Trust Genome Campus, Hinxton, United Kingdom.
Pangkalan data ini yang awalnya dikenali sebagai StARlite dikembangkan oleh syarikat bioteknologi bernama Inpharmatica Ltd. yang kemudiannya diambil alih oleh Galapagos NV. Data diperoleh untuk EMBL pada 2008 dengan penghargaan daripada Wellcome Trust,[2] yang membawa kepada penciptaan kumpulan kemogenomik ChEMBL di EMBL-EBI yang diketuai oleh John Overington.[3][4]
