پروتئین RFXANK متصل‌شونده به دی‌ان‌ای (انگلیسی: DNA-binding protein RFXANK) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «RFXANK» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۵]^[۶]^[۷]

این پروتئین در بیان ژن مجموعه سازگاری بافتی اصلی کلاس دو (MHC class II) نقش دارد که از اجزاء مهم دستگاه ایمنی بدن هستند.

دو نسخهٔ رونویسی متفاوت از این ژن شناسایی شده‌است که ایزوفرم‌های متفاوتی از پروتئین را کدگذاری می‌کنند که تنها یکی از این دو ایزوفرم، نقش «فعال‌کننده» دارند.^[۷]
