Ο NGC 620 είναι σπειροειδής γαλαξίας ο οποίος βρίσκεται στον αστερισμό Ανδρομέδα και απέχει περίπου 123 εκατομμύρια έτη φωτός[3] από τον Γαλαξία μας. Ανακαλύφθηκε από τον αστρονόμο Εντουάρ Στεφάν (Édouard Stephan) το 1871.[5][6]
