Renpet ialah perkataan untuk "tahun" dalam Bahasa Mesir.[1] Hieroglifnya digambarkan dalam seni sebagai wanita memakai pucuk palma (melambangkan masa) di atas kepalanya.[2] Dia sering digelar sebagai Puan Keabadian dan juga merupakan personifikasi kesuburan, keremajaan dan musim bunga. Glif ini sering ada pada monumen dan dokumen sepanjang sejarah Mesir sebagai pemula frasa yang merekodkan tahun pemerintahan firaun.
