Sfinks (bahasa Yunani: Σφίγξ sphinx, bahasa Beotia: Φίξ Phix, bahasa Arab: أَبُو الْهَوْل‎‎ abū hawl "Bapa Segala Ketakutan"[1]) ialah sejenis makhluk mitos dengan, sebagai minimum, badan singa dan kepala manusia.
