Anat (/[invalid input: 'icon']ˈænˌæt/ atau /ˈɑːˌnɑːt/) atau Anath (/[invalid input: 'icon']ˈænəθ/; Hebrew dan Phoenician ענת, ‘Anāt; Ugaritic ‘nt; Greek Αναθ, Anath; Mesir Antit, Anit, Anti, atau Anant) merupakan dewi Semitik barat laut utama.

Dewi Anath merupakan dewi cinta dan perang bagi orang-orang Canaanite.

Anat di Mesir

Anat pertama kali muncul di Mesir pada dinasti ke-16 (tempoh Hyksos) bersama dewa Semitik barat laut yang lain. Ia terutama sekali disembah bagi aspeknya sebagai dewi perang, sering kali dipasangkan dengan Dewi Ashtart. Dalam Pertandingan Antara Horus dan Set, kedua dewi ini muncul sebagai anak perempuan Ra dan dikawinkan pada Dewa Set, yang telah dikenalpasti dengan Dewa Hadad Semitik.

Semasa tempoh Hyksos Anat memiliki kuil di ibukota Hyksos di Avaris dan di Beth-Shan (Palestine) termasuk juga disembah di Memphis. Satu ukiran di Memphis pada kurun ke-15 hingga ke-12 BCE, Anat digelar sebagai "Bin-Ptah", Anak perempuan Ptah. ia dikaitkan dengan Reshpu, (Canaanite: Resheph) dalam sesetengah teks dan kadang-kala dikaitkan dengan dewi Mesir Dewi Neith. Ia kadang kala digelar "Ratu Alam ("Queen of heaven")]]". Ikonografnya pelbagai tetapi ia sering digambarkan membawa lebih dari satu senjata.
