Atef (Jawi: اتيف, Bahasa Mesir: 𓄿𓏏𓆑𓋚, rumi: ꜣtf) ialah mahkota putih berbulu milik dewa Mesir purba, Osiris. Ia menggabungkan Hedjet, mahkota putih Mesir Hulu, dengan bulu burung unta pada kedua-dua belah mahkota yang melambangkan kultus Osiris. Bulunya burung unta berdasarkan bentuk melengkung di hujung atas, dan sedikit kembang di pangkalnya. Bulu itu sama seperti yang dipakai oleh Maat. Ia boleh dibandingkan dengan bulu ekor falkon dalam mahkota berbulu dua, seperti mahkota Amun, yang lebih runcing dan lurus tanpa lengkung.
Mahkota Atef merupakan cara yang paling mudah untuk mengenal pasti Osiris dalam lukisan Mesir purba. Osiris memakai mahkota Atef sebagai simbol raja alam roh. Bentuk bebawang putih tinggi di tengah-tengah mahkota berada di antara dua bulu burung unta. Bulu melambangkan kebenaran dan keadilan.[1] Mahkota Atef serupa, tanpa bulu, dengan mahkota putih biasa (Hedjet) yang pertama kali direkodkan dalam Tempoh Pradinastik dan dipakai sebagai simbol untuk Firaun Mesir Hulu.
