Nav1.3 که با نامِ کانال سدیم، با درگاه وابسته‌به ولتاژ، نوع ۳، زیرواحد آلفا (انگلیسی: Sodium channel, voltage-gated, type I, alpha subunit) هم شناخته می‌شود، یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «SCN3A» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۵]

این کانال در ایجاد و هدایت پتانسیل عمل در اعصاب و ماهیچه‌ها نقش دارد.

این مجرا، تنها کانال سدیمی است که که به دنبال آسیب عصبی تغییر می‌کند.
