du (абрэвіятура ад англ.: disk usage) — стандартная Unix праграма для ацэнкі занятай файлавай прасторы. З’явілася ў першай версіі AT&T UNIX. Па змоўчванню паказвае памер файлавай прасторы занятай кожным файлам і каталогам у бягучым каталогу. Каб паказаць іншы шлях для работы неабходна змясціць яго першым параметрам.

Падлічыць выніковы памер азначанага каталога ў байтах:
me@host:~$ du -s Downloads 22520024 Downloads
Падлічыць выніковы памер заняты бягучым каталогам і надрукаваць яго ў зручнай для чалавека форме:
me@host:~$ du -sh 26G .
Падлічыць у мегабайтах памеры каталогаў і іх агульны памер:
