Localisacion e dialèctes
Lo geruma es parlat dins las zònas de govèrn local de Toro e de Darazo de l'estat de Bauchi[1]. La lenga a dos dialèctes, lo durum, per lo qual la lenga es sonada gèerúm, e lo sum, que los locutors la sonan gyèermú[2].
Classificacion
Lo geruma es una lenga chadica classada dins la branca sud del chadic de l'oèst, ont fa partida del grop bole-tangale[3].
