Google Images adalah perkhidmatan carian yang dimiliki oleh Google yang membolehkan pengguna mencari Web untuk kandungan imej.[1] Pada tahun 2011, fungsi carian imej terbalik telah ditambah kepadanya.

Apabila mencari imej, lakaran kecil bagi setiap imej yang sepadan dipaparkan. Apabila pengguna mengklik pada imej kecil, imej dipaparkan dalam saiz yang lebih besar, dan pengguna boleh melawat halaman di mana imej itu digunakan.

Sejarah

Ia diperkenalkan pada 12 Julai 2001 untuk memenuhi permintaan pencarian berasaskan gambar berikutan perhatian yang diberikan terhadap gambar Jennifer Lopez memakai suatu pakaian sutera hijau Versace semasa acara Anugerah Grammy ke-42 yang tidak dapat dikendalikan oleh carian Google biasa.[2][3]
