Vinton Gray "Vint" Cerf (lahir 23 Jun 1943) adalah seorang saintis komputer dari Amerika Syarikat dan juga dikenali sebagai "Bapa Internet".[4][5] Sumbangan beliau diiktiraf dengan anugerah termasuk Medal Teknologi Nasional, Anugerah Turing [6], dan Medal Kebebasan Presiden[7].
