Ο NGC 4380 είναι σπειροειδής γαλαξίας στον αστερισμό Παρθένο.[1] Απέχει 52,2 εκατομμύρια έτη φωτός[4] και ανήκει στο Σμήνος γαλαξιών της Παρθένου.[5] Τον ανακάλυψε στις 10 Μαρτίου 1826 ο αστρονόμος Τζων Χέρσελ (John Herschel).[8]
