Ο NGC 4095 είναι ελλειπτικός γαλαξίας ο οποίος απέχει 330 εκατομμύρια έτη φωτός[2] και βρίσκεται στον αστερισμό Κόμη Βερενίκης.[3] Ανακαλύφθηκε από τον αστρονόμο Ουίλιαμ Χέρσελ (William Herschel) στις 26 Απριλίου 1785[4] και ανήκει στην Ομάδα γαλαξιών NGC 4095.[5][6][7][8] Πρόκειται επίσης για γαλαξία LINER.[9]
