Hemokinski (C-C motivni) ligand 23 (CCL23) je mali citokin koji pripadaju porodici CC hemokina, poznatoj i kao makrofagni upalni protein 3 (MIP-3) i mijeloidni progenitorski inhibitorni faktor 1 (MPIF-1). CCL23 se pretežno eksprimira u tkivima pluća i jetre , ali također i u koštanoj srži i posteljicama.[5] Eksprimira se i u nekim ćelijskim linijama mijeloidnog porijekla. CCL23 je vrlo hemotaktičan za mirovanje T-ćelija i monocita i blago hemotaktičan za neutrofile. Također se pripisuje inhibitornoj aktivnosti na prekursorima hematopoetskih ćelija.[5] Gen za CCL23 nalazi se na ljudskom hromosomu 17 u lokusu koji sadrži nekoliko drugih CC-hemokina. CCL23 je ligand za hemokinski receptor CCR1.[6]
