VoIP (англ.: Voice over IP; IP-тэлефанія, прамаўляецца «во айпі») — агульная назва камунікацыйных пратаколаў, тэхналогій і метадаў, якія забяспечваюць перадачу моўнага сігналу па сетцы Інтэрнэт або па любых іншых IP-сетках. Сігнал па канале сувязі перадаецца ў лічбавым выглядзе і, як правіла, перад перадачай ператвараецца (сціскаецца) з тым, каб выдаліць лішак.

Галасавая і відэасувязь праз камп’ютарныя сеткі стала папулярнай ва ўсім свеце з пачатку XXI стагоддзя і ў наш час шырока выкарыстоўваецца як прыватнымі карыстальнікамі, так і ў карпаратыўным сектары. Ужыванне сістэм IP-тэлефаніі дазваляе кампаніям-аператарам сувязі значна зменшыць кошт званкоў (асабліва міжнародных) і інтэграваць тэлефанію з сэрвісамі Інтэрнэту, падаваць інтэлектуальныя паслугі.
