اینتگرین، آلفا اِل (انگلیسی: Integrin, alpha L) که با نام‌های «CD11a» یا «ITGAL» شناخته می‌شود، یک ٰژن در انسان است که در دستگاه ایمنی بدن نقش دارد.

پروتئین حاصله از این ژن، در چسبندگی سلولی و کمک به سیگنال‌دهی آن مؤثر است و به همراه CD18، «آنتی‌ژن شمارهٔ ۱ مرتبط با عملکرد لنفوسیت» را تشکیل می‌دهند.

این مولکول با ICAM-1 نیز تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.^[۵]^[۶]^[۷]
