Situo
Repište situas sur malebenaĵo flanke de monto 671 m-ojn alta, fine de mallonga sakovojo. Banská Štiavnica troviĝas 12 km-ojn.
Historio
La unua mencio devenis el 1388 en formo "Repistia". En 1828 vivis tie 281 homoj en 44 domoj. En 1910 vivis en Repistye 526 homoj, (511 slovakoj, 9 hungaroj, 4 germanoj). Ĝis Traktato de Trianon la vilaĝo apartenis al Hungara reĝlando, al Bars, al distrikto de Garamszentkereszt, poste al Ĉeĥoslovakio, inter 1938-1945 kaj ekde 1993 al Slovakio. En 2001 loĝis en Repište 312 homoj (307 slovakoj, 3 hungaroj kaj aliaj).
