Kyjatice (kijatice), hungare Kiéte estas tre malgranda vilaĝo en Slovakio, en Regiono Banská Bystrica, en Distrikto Rimavská Sobota.

Situo
Kyjatice situas sur malebenaĵo, laŭ flankovojoj. Rimavská Sobota troviĝas 22 km-ojn.
Historio
La loko estis loĝata dum la neolitiko kaj bronzepoko. Oni trovis riĉajn restaĵojn el tiuj epokoj. La vilaĝo estis unue menciita en la jaro 1413 en formo "Kyethe". Proksimume en 1560 la turkoj detruis la vilaĝon. En 1910 loĝis en Kiéte 130 da homoj, (escepte 6 hungaroj ĉiuj slovakoj). Ĝis Traktato de Trianon la vilaĝo apartenis al Hungara reĝlando, al Gömör kaj Kis-Hont, al distrikto de Rimaszombat, poste al Ĉeĥoslovakio, fine inter 1938-1945 kaj ekde 1993 al Slovakio. En 2001 loĝis en Kyjatice 101 da homoj, (94 slovakoj, 6 ciganoj, unusola ĉeĥo).
