Orlat (hungare: Orlát, germane: Winsberg) estas vilaĝo kaj komunuma sidejo en Rumanio okcident-sudokcidente de Sibiu. En 1910 ĝi havis 1836 loĝantojn (rumanoj); en 1992 3363 (rumanoj). Ĝia unua mencio skriba estas el 1309. Ĝis 1919 ĝi apartenis al Hungario (Szeben vármegye).
Orlat situas ĉe la rivero Cibin kaj havas stacion ĉe la fervojo inter Sibiu kaj Vințu de Jos.
