Agnita (hungare: Szászágota [sasagota], malnova nomo: Szentágota, germane: Agnetheln) estas urbo en Rumanio nordoriente de Sibiu. Administre al ĝi apartenas Coveș kaj Ruja.[1]

En 1910 ĝi havis 3 858 loĝantojn (germanoj, rumanoj, ciganoj, hungaroj); en 1992 10 355 (rumanoj, 4 % da hungaroj).
Historio
Ĝiaj unuaj mencioj skribaj estas en 1317–20; en 1332 ĝi estis ekleziejo. Ĝis 1919 ĝi apartenis al Hungario (Nagy-Küküllő).
