Ο NGC 7503 είναι ελλειπτικός γαλαξίας στον αστερισμό Ιχθύες. Τον ανακάλυψε ο αστρονόμος Άλμπερτ Μαρτ] (Albert Marth) στις 2 Σεπτεμβρίου 1864.[4]

Υπερκαινοφανής

Το 2001 παρατηρήθηκε στον γαλαξία αυτόν ο υπερκαινοφανής τύπου Ia «SN 2001ic».[5]
