Ο NGC 35 είναι σπειροειδής γαλαξίας στον αστερισμό Κήτος. Απέχει περίπου 275 εκατομμύρια έτη φωτός από την Γη και έχει διάμετρο της τάξεως των 50.000 ετών φωτός. Ο γαλαξίας αλληλεπιδρά βαρυτικά με τον γειτονικό NGC 17/(34) και η παραμόρφωση τους μπορεί να οφείλεται σε αυτή την αλληλεπίδραση αλληλεπιδράσεις.[4]

Ο Αμερικανός αστρονόμος Λιούις Α. Σουίφτ (Lewis A. Swift) ανακάλυψε τον NGC 35 την 21η Νοεμβρίου 1886.[5]
