Lage

Die Gemeinde Vignol liegt etwa 20 Kilometer südöstlich von Clamecy. Nachbargemeinden von Vignol sind Teigny im Norden, Nuars im Nordosten, Saizy im Osten, Monceaux-le-Comte im Südosten und Süden, Dirol im Süden, Flez-Cuzy im Westen sowie Metz-le-Comte im Nordwesten.
