Cisteinski i glicinski bogati protein 2 je protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom CSRP2.[5]

CSRP2 je član porodice gena CSRP, kodirajući grupu proteina LIM domena, koji mogu biti uključeni u regulatorne procese važne za razvoj i ćelijsku diferencijaciju. CRP2 sadrži dvije kopije motiva sekvence aminokiselina bogate cisteinom (LIM) s navodnom aktivnošću vezanja cinka i može biti uključen u regulaciju uređenog ćelijskog rasta. Ostali geni u porodici uključuju CSRP1 i CSRP3.[6][6][7]
