Ang Varzi ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Pavia, rehiyon ng Lombardia, hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 70 km sa timog ng Milan at mga 40 km sa timog ng Pavia. Ito ay kasapi ng asosasyong I Borghi più belli d'Italia ("Ang pinakamagandang nayon ng Italya").[4]
