Ang Spessa ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa lalawigan ng Pavia, rehiyon ng Lombardia, hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 40 km timog-silangan ng Milan at mga 15 km timog-silangan ng Pavia. Noong Disyembre 31, 2004, mayroon itong populasyon na 545 at isang lugar na 12.2 km2.[3]

Kasaysayan

Noong ika-12 siglo ito ay kilala bilang Spexa at sa sumunod na siglo ay nahahati ito sa Spixia Suprana at Spixia Subtana (ang kasalukuyang Spessa ay marahil ang subtana, ang Soprana ay ang kasalukuyang nayon ng Sostegno).
