Ang Sinio ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Cuneo, rehiyon ng Piamonte, hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 60 kilometro (37 mi) timog-silangan ng Turin at mga 45 kilometro (28 mi) hilagang-silangan ng Cuneo. Noong Enero 1, 2017, mayroon itong populasyon na 529 at isang lugar na 8.5 kilometro kuwadrado (3.3 mi kuw).[3]
