Ang Pocapaglia (Piedmont: Pocapaja) ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Cuneo, rehiyon ng Piamonte, hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 45 kilometro (28 mi) timog-silangan ng Turin at mga 45 kilometro (28 mi) hilagang-silangan ng Cuneo.
