Ang Neive ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Cuneo, rehiyon ng Piamonte, hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 50 kilometro (31 mi) timog-silangan ng Turin at mga 60 kilometro (37 mi) hilagang-silangan ng Cuneo.
Ang Neive ay may hangganan sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Barbaresco, Castagnito, Castagnole delle Lanze, Coazzolo, Magliano Alfieri, Mango, Neviglie, at Treiso.
