Ang C [malaking anyo] o c [maliit na anyo] (bagong bigkas: /si/, dating bigkas: /se/) ay ang ikatlong titik sa alpabetong Latino at Romano. Ito rin ang ikatlong titik sa makabagong alpabetong Tagalog. Ang titik K ang pangatlong titik sa lumang abakadang Tagalog.[1] Wala ito sa lumang abakadang Tagalog. Ang pangalan nito sa Ingles ay cee (binibigkas /ˈsiː/), na sa maramihan ay cees.[2]
