Ang Bayan ng Basco (Kilala rin bilang Santo Domingo de Basco) ay isang Ika-5 na klaseng bayan sa lalawigan ng Batanes, Pilipinas. Ito ang kabiserang bayan ng lalawigan ng Batanes. Ang Basco ay matatagpuan sa Pulo ng Batan, ang ikalawang pinakamalaking pulo sa Kapuluan ng Batanes na bumubuo sa lalawigan, at ang pinakahilagang pulo ng Pilipinas. Mayroong Domestikong Paliparan ang Basco na nagdadala ng mga manlalakbay mula Kalakhang Maynila.
Ayon sa senso ng 2024, ito ay may populasyon na 9,647 sa may 2,823 na kabahayan.
