Lo Puget Tenier[1] (Lou Puget-Teniés en nòrma mistralenca[2]; Puget-Théniers en francés) es una comuna d'Occitània, dins lo País Niçard e lo departament dei Aups Maritims.
Lo Puget Tenier foguèt una sosprefectura dei Aups Maritims de 1860 a 1927. Foguèt alòra una dei sosprefecturas mens pobladas de França amb Castelana.
