Corpiac[1] (Courpiac en francés) es una comuna deu Vasadés istoric, en Guiana, lingüisticament gascona, administrada per lo departament de Gironda de la region de Novèra Aquitània, ancianament d'Aquitània.

Las fòrmas ancianas son Corpiag, sense data, Corpiac, au sègle XIII. Segon Dauzat, Bénédicte Boyrie-Fénié, Negre e Astor, citats per Bénédicte Boyrie-Fénié, Corpiac ven dau nom d'òme Corpio, adaptat sovent en *Corpius, atestat sonque en Dalmàcia antica, emb lo sufixe -acum [1],[2], latinizacion dau sufixe gallés -āco(n). Corpiac èra donc probablament una anciana granda propietat antica qu'avèva per mèste Corpio.
