Adast[1] (en francés tanplan com en occitan) qu'ei ua comuna gascona de Bigòrra, en Lavedan, dens l'arribèra de Sent Savin, situada dens eth departament deths Hauts Pirenèus e era region d'Occitània, ancianament de Mieidia-Pirenèus.
