Sukrosa (C12H22O11) ialah sejenis disakarida iaitu heterodisakarida yang bersifat bukan penurun dan tidak menunjukkan fenomena mutaputaran. Hidrolisis sukrosa menghasilkan glukosa dan fruktosa.
Sukrosa boleh didapati dalam gula bit dan gula tebu, buah nanas, dan lobak merah.
