Stellantis adalah sebuah kumpulan automotif multinasional yang ditubuhkan pada 16 Januari 2021 hasil daripada penggabungan kumpulan PSA dan Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Pejabat berdaftarnya berada di Amsterdam, dan oleh itu bentuk perundangannya tertakluk kepada undang-undang perniagaan Belanda[1].
Kumpulan Stellantis beroperasi dan memasarkan empat belas jenama kereta, termasuk lima dari Kumpulan PSA (Citroën, DS Automobiles, Opel, Peugeot dan Vauxhall) dan sembilan dari FCA (Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Jeep, Lancia, Maserati dan RAM)[2].
