Roderick MacKinnon (lahir 19 Februari 1956) ialah profesor Neurobiologi Molekul dan Biofizik di Universiti Rockefeller yang memenangi Hadiah Nobel dalam Kimia bersama Peter Agre pada tahun 2003 atas tugasnya menyelidik struktur dan operasi saluran ion.[1][2][3]
