Robert Joseph Lefkowitz (dilahirkan pada 15 April 1943) ialah seorang doktor (internis dan kardiologi) dan biokimia Amerika. Beliau terkenal dengan penemuan-penemuannya yang mengungkapkan kerja-kerja dalam keluarga reseptor protein keluarga G yang penting, yang mana dia dianugerahi Hadiah Nobel Kimia 2012 bersama Brian Kobilka. Beliau kini seorang Penyiasat dengan Institut Perubatan Howard Hughes serta Profesor Perubatan James B. Duke dan Profesor Biokimia dan Kimia di Universiti Duke.
