Pos Piah ialah sebuah kampung serta petempatan Orang Asli di kawasan Mukim Sungai Siput, Perak, Malaysia. Pos ini memiliki penduduk etnik Temiar.[1]
Petempatan ini memiliki sebuah sekolah rendah: Sekolah Kebangsaan Pos Piah.
