Oral (Bahasa Kazakhstan: Орал; Rusia: Уральск, Uralsk merupakan sebuah bandar di bahagian barat laut Kazakhstan, terletak di kuala Sungai Ural dan Chogan berhampiran Rusia. Penduduknya berjumlah 195,500 orang (1999). Oral merupakan ibu kota Wilayah Kazakhstan Barat. Didirikan tahun 1622 oleh Cossacks.
