Lamaoj (aliaj nomoj: Lamba, Lima oder Namba) estas etno en Benino, Togolando kaj Ganao. Ili estas parto de la aŭtoktona (frua), tiel nomata "paleonigrita" praloĝantaro de la norda kaj meza Togolando kaj de la apudlimaj ganaaj kaj beninaj teritorioj.
La lamaoj kulture estas parencaj kun la kabijeoj, kiuj loĝas nordoriente de ilia kernregiono ĉirkaŭ Lama-Kara.
