Kurt BIRKLE (naskiĝis la 8-an de januaro 1939, mortis la 1-an de januaro 2010) estis germana astronomo.

Li komencis sian karieron ĉe la Nacia Observatorio de Hajdelbergo - Königstuhl kaj poste iris al la Max-Planck Instituto pri astronomio de Heidelberg. De 1973 ĝis 1998, li estris la Observatorion de Calar Alto en la provinco Almería (Hispanio).

Laŭ Minor Planet Center li kunmalkovris 9 asteroidojn^[1] kun Ulrich Hopp, Johann M. Baur kaj Hermann Boehnhardt. La asteroido 4803 Birkle^[2] estis nomita en lia honoro.
