Grave (/ˈɣra.və/ 
aŭskulti; esperante Gravo; antaŭe De Graaf) estas fortresurbo kaj eksa municipo en la nederlanda provinco Nord-Brabanto. La municipo havis je la 1-a de julio 2021 12 539 loĝantojn kaj areon de 27,97 km².
Ekde la 1-a de januaro 2022 la municipo Grave ne plu ekzistas. Ekde tiu momento ĝi apartenas al la municipo Land van Cuijk.
