Csaba Balogh estis edukita en industria urbo Leninvárosn. poste li frekventis industrian lernejon en alia industria urbo Százhalombatta. Post la lernojaroj la familio translokiĝis al Germana Demokratia Respubliko, li laboris en atomcentralo de Peenemünde. En 1987 li migris al Toronto. Li okupiĝis ankaŭ pri mallongaj filmoj. Post 3 jaroj li hejmenvenis kaj edziĝis. En 2000 li kun la familio denove iris al Kanado, sed ekde 2005 li vivas en Britio. Nuntempe li apartenas al pentristoj, kiuj kreas pentraĵojn laŭ abstraktismo-ekspresionismo.
