Ninde ist ein Verwaltungsbezirk (englisch Ward) des Distrikts Nkasi in der tansanischen Region Rukwa.

Geografie

Ninde ist ein ländlicher Bezirk im Westen des südlichen Hochlands von Tansania am Tanganjikasee. Bei der Volkszählung 2022 lebten 16.354 Menschen in 3305 Haushalten[2] auf einer Fläche von 708 Quadratkilometern.[3]

Der Bezirk grenzt im Westen an den Tanganjikasee und sonst an sieben Bezirke des Distrikts Nkasi:[4]

Infrastruktur

  • Bildung: Die Ninde Secondary School ist eine staatliche weiterführende Schule für Mädchen und Burschen mit einer Ausbildung bis zur 4. Stufe.[6]
